This year offers numerous PSP games for the holiday season while $249.99 PSP Go (in black and pearl white) could increase sales traffic. NOTE: All release dates subject to change.
Soul Calibur Broken Destiny features guest fighter Kratos from God of War and a new single player mode while Tekken 6 (Nov. 24) continues the fighting series with character choice and creative combat.

Dynasty Warriors: Strikeforce retains the Three Kingdoms storyline with four player multiplayer play while other action games include Dissidia: Final Fantasy, SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs Fireteam Bravo 3 (Nov. 30), and Resistance: Retribution.
Shin Megami Tensei: Persona reimagines the initial role playing game, which features modern weapons and confrontation fighting AND reasoning. Jak and Daxter debut on the PSP in The Lost Frontier on November 3 with new content and all new “dark” powers.
Half Minute Hero has challenging, clock ticking action with over 100 levels in 30 second intervals with shooter, role playing, strategy and escort game elements. Mytran Wars has machine filled action with comic-style cut-scenes.
Adventures To Go takes a humorous spin on role playing games with challenge and setting customization options. IL-2 Sturmovik: Birds of Prey (also available as a PSP Go download) has authentic combat aerial combat in over 50 World War II missions.
Warriors Orochi 2 features the Samurai Warrior and Dynasty Warrior characters plus a two player versus mode and cooperative play. Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Tagforce 4 (Nov. 17) has immense content options with over 3,500 playable cards and multiplayer options for up to four players.
Naruto Shippuden: Legends: Akatsuki Rising contains a unique item system in 3D battles settings filled with new content and a familiar storyline. It also lets players choose between Leaf Ninja or an evil Akatsuki member and includes two-player cooperative or versus play via ad-hoc local wireless network. Look for even more fighting action in Kenka Banco: Badass Rumble (Nov. 10) and Super Hero Squad.
F1 2009 has a four player ad hoc multiplayer session while the PSP exclusive Gran Turismo: The Real Driving Simulator has deep content including over 800 vehicle models. Racers can also grab MotorStorm: Arctic Edge, Cars Race-o-Rama, DiRT 2, and MX vs ATV Reflex (Dec.1), which has unique terrain variables and stunt physics.
