L.A. Noire is Coming to PC

Part of: NewsFlash

June 23rd 2011, the day that Rockstar Games announced that L.A. Noire will be hitting the PC platform later this year, in the Autumn months to be precise. This comes as a surprise being that the game has only been around for just over one month. However, I suppose that you can't officially set anything in concrete with Rockstar and L.A. Noire, because the title was initially a PlayStation 3 exclusive.

The PC version of L.A. Noire will not be a basic port though, as some people might expect. The PC port is being developed by Rockstar Leeds, as opposed to Team Bondi, and they have assured gamers that their version of L.A. Noire will run on a wide range of PCs. There will also be a total remap of the controls to suit the PC platform.  Additionally, the game will have significant graphical enhancements and 3D support, something that wasn't a feature on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the game.

There has been no further news as of yet, but gamers have to be wondering whether the downloadable content will be made available for the PC as well as for the consoles.  Only time will tell.
