Emily West dazzled America’s Got Talent viewers last year on her way to the finals, singing iconic hits like “Nights In White Satin” by the Moody Blues, “You Got It” by Roy Orbison, and “Chandelier” by Sia, a performance which became a YouTube sensation. West has just released her new music video for “Chandelier”. Now a Portrait Records/Sony Music Masterworks recording artist, West will release her album All For You later this year.

In the course of the AGT season West also sang with Cyndi Lauper, who had become a fan when they worked together on The Celebrity Apprentice and whom West now affectionately calls her “fairy godmother.” Today, debuting right here exclusively at Blogcritics, is brand-new video clip of Emily West talking about her work with Cyndi Lauper.

The two singers’ collaboration continues. The ’80s pop icon and Tony Award-winning composer of Kinky Boots invited the sultry Iowa native to appear in Lauper’s “Home for the Holidays” concert. To top it off, the pop legend guest stars on West’s upcoming album (available for preorder now).
