eReaders are getting quite popular and for good reason. With an eReader you can carry around hundreds of books in one small device. You can sync what you are reading between devices, ie: Kindle device, Kindle app on your smart phone, Kindle app on your computer, etc. That makes reading convenient whether you read at home or on the go, because your book is always with you.  If you are a magazine lover, you can get those on your reading device too.

There are lots of readers out there to choose from.  They all basically work the same way.  It is a personal choice which one to get.  Some allow you to borrow library books, Nook Color is just that, in color so if you are a magazine person you get exactly what you would at the news stand but are saving trees by reading on your device.

Bound books are never going to go away but eReaders are certainly here to stay.
