Condo developments have been all the rage here in Tampa Bay for a while now, but St. Petersburg’s downtown area tops the list by number in current, recent, and future condo developments. With such a large number of new development projects going on, St. Petersburg is positioned to become well known for its highrise condominiums in beautiful downtown, overlooking the water and the city, surrounded by museums, fine dining and entertainment venues, and cultural centers. Check out this article in a recent edition of the St. Petersburg Times to see exactly what I mean. If you want to know about some of the recent and upcoming condo developments, they include the following at present:

Vinoy Place (completed, some resales available), Parkshore Plaza (under construction, units for sale), 400 Beach Drive (being planned, units for sale), The Cloisters (completed, some resales available), Aviram-Sembler building (being planned), The Florencia (completed, some resales available), The Peninsula (being planned), The Madison (completed, some resales available), McNulty Lofts (under construction, sold out), Tropicana Block (being planned), Lofts At Williams Park (being planned), Bayway Lofts (being planned), Fourth Street Lofts (being planned) and W Plaza (being planned, 50-percent sold out). Contact me now to get your very own condo in beautiful downtown St. Petersburg, or get more information on a condo there today!

Information from the St. Petersburg Times was used for this report.
