Dead Vampires and Cool Middle-Aged Women

Aimee Mann and the Breeders will appear on two upcoming episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer:

Aimee Mann will appear on the November 19 episode of UPN’s Buffy The Vampire Slayer, performing at the show’s hang-out nightclub, the Bronze, in the fictitious town of Sunnydale, California.

For the episode, titled “Sleeper,” Mann performed “Pavlov’s Bells” from her album Lost In Space, which was released on her SuperEgo Records label earlier this year.

Another upcoming Buffy episode, “Him,” scheduled for November 5, features the Breeders, led by sisters and Buffy fans Kim and Kelley Deal. The Breeders have played the show’s theme in concert and recorded a version as a bonus track on a CD single.
