You may never eat chicken again if you read Cyberactivist‘s blog. It’s written by Virgil Butler, and he recounts memories of working in the Tyson chicken factory in Arkansas. He’s turned from working in a slaughterhouse to being a vegetarian activist who highlights the inherent problems of factory farming.

It’s gripping reading of the rigours of working in a low-paid, repetitive, and risky job, in which the workers are as much the victims as the animals. People with a sensitive disposition should probably not read it.
