It's funny how she hasn't defending herself after his side of the story, but I hope she doesn't because it's time to move on. I couldn't even finish reading this because you got all your facts wrong! First, Camilla Belle is not from the movie Year 3000. She is from the movie 1000 B.C. Year 3000 is a song by the Jonas Brothers. Second, the only person you got your facts from was Taylor Swift. If you actually did a good job you would have heard that Joe said that the only reason the phone calls was that short was because Taylor didn't want to hear it and hung up on him. You have your facts wrong. I think you should do some more research for both sides of the story. Yes, the Jonas Brothers currently don't have a top 100 song. But they were thought to sell 700,000+ albums in their first week alone. They fell short with over 525,000+ being sold. I realize that you might not have found Joe Jonas' blog replying to all the rumours but you could've also stated that it's not just Jonas fans insulting Taylor. Many Taylor (and Jonas Fans) left some pretty horrible comments on the Jonas Brothers' websites (youtube, myspace, etc...)including death threats. You could have included that. Also Camille Belle was in 10,000 B.C. not Year 3000 (a jonas brothers song). I realize these are all facts about the Jonas brothers but you already have good information on taylor. I'm just trying to balance out your article.

I am on both Taylor and Joe's side. First of all, I bet it is EXTREMELY hard to be famous and date, especially another famous person. I am a fan of both Taylor Swift and Joe Jonas, and while I love both of them, I do believe that both sides are at fault. True, Joe broke up with her over the phone, but the Jonas Brothers' Myspace blog said something about a phone call can go on only as long as the other person wants to talk. You also have to remember that people asked Taylor about her recent experience; she didn't just randomly bring it up on Ellen and go JOE JONAS BROKE UP WITH ME ON THE PHONE DURING A 27 SECOND CALL.
I think they both need to move on, but Taylor is just answering questions that people ask, while Joe is avoiding the spotlight.

1) Ellen brought up Joe on her show. Taylor did not. Actually watch what happened before saying anything... and it's a comedy show, they made it more of a joke then a real break-up talk.
2) Taylor never once implied that Joe cheated on her. Taylor said that when he met the new girl, he then left Taylor for her... That means he broke up with her for another girl, that does not imply that he cheated.
3) She is acting like any normal teenager would. When my ex broke up with me, and I was her age, I spoke to whoever wanted to hear about it because I WAS HURT! You vent to anyone when you are hurt! Little Jonas fans, one day, when you have a real relationship, instead of obsessing of the Jonas Brothers who will never even know your name, you will do the exact same thing when you get your heart broken some day, and I mean a real heart break, not a 9th grade relationship!
4) Yeah, they were in different places in the country (So we assume, but they could have easily both been in LA or anywhere, we don't know this.) ... but they managed to see eachother every week over the summer and after? (I say this because it was posted everywhere how they randomly showed up at eachother's shows.) So he couldn't bother to wait a week to see her again? If he couldn't wait, that's fine too, but 27 seconds? There isn't even enough time in 27 seconds for him to have asked, "How is your day?" ... That would have taken 27 seconds alone. He cut right to chase instead of being a "gentleman."
I don't hate Joe Jonas, because their relationship wasn't working and so he broke up with her, and to be blunt, I just don't care enough to hate him. I keep updated on this stuff for my cousin, to be able to have conversations with her, because she a normal teenager who is in love with the Jonas Brothers... but HE ALSO could have been more mature about how he broke up with her. No matter what all of you say, 27 seconds is just a disrespectful gesture. No one would want to stay on the phone after being broken up with, so to say "she ended the call"... OF COURSE SHE DID... but maybe if he would have taken the time just to say HI before saying "Hey uh this wont work." ... then it wouldn't have been 27 seconds. And to further try to contact her? WHY?... You broke up with her, you broke her heart, MOVE ON & LET HER TRY AND HEAL. Further contact doesn't allow a girl time to heal.
Have your heart broken, and you'd understand why Taylor acted this way... and it won't bother you, but you'll almost find it humorous and laugh at the memories of when you went through this exactly. I'm just defending Taylor because the poor girl had her heart broken and was handeling this the way most girls do, and just because shes in the public eye, she is getting torn apart
PS: Joe Jonas, when you want to bring some "enlightment" to your fans, try to make it more personal then having your publicist type it for you. Getting their help, of course, you pay them to be there! But it would be more believable that you're a good guy if you seemed sincere & not like a robot in your blog.

I love Taylor Swift. And personally I dont think it matters how they broke up or why. She was obviously hurt by what happened. Everyone was wandering about it anyway so she just let it out in the open.
