A little recipe i came up with. I'm pretty sure it hasn't been seriously done before, or at the least named - by all means, if you know otherwise, please correct me, the last thing i want is to steal someone else's idea. Also, it's waaaay nicer than it sounds. I have friends who'll testify to that =+)
What you need:
Salmon Fillet
2 tablespoons (as full as possible) wholegrain mustard
1 slightly "stingy" tablespoon jerk sauce
1 level tablespoon BBQ sauce (i use HP's but any will do)
1 red pepper
(note: obviously you can scale up the quantities. I cook for one person usually so therefore the quantities are for one person)
method:
in bowl, mix the sauces and mustard well. Chop up the pepper into small strips (they don't need to be particularly thin though).
Chop the salmon fillet into small chunks. Fry the salmon and pepper in some oil until the salmon is just beginning to brown. Add the sauce and immediately stir well - the sauce, although thick, should kind of separate and stick to the pepper and slamon. Make sure all of the pepper and salmon gets some of the sauce on it. Continue frying on a very low heat for about 3-5 minutes, stirring all the time. Serve with vegetables of your choice.

thanks, eric. Forgot to say:
if you like ginger, add a few pinches to the sauce before you mix it up. Gives it a slight tang
