One Florida House Makes Forbes' Most Expensive Homes

This lovely home isn't located in Florida's beautiful Tampa Bay area, but at $48-million, it's hard for anyone to say a $200,000 home is overpriced.

The home is located in Palm Beach, Fla. and is owned by Nelson Peltz, who is chairman and chief executive officer of Triarc.

This beautiful home isn't on the market, and one can see why after checking it out at Forbes.com.

Sotheby's still has it listed at $48 million. Homes like this one either sell in 30 days or it can take two to three years to sell, as there're only a limited number of buyers who can afford to spend $48 million to buy a home. It's a wonderful home for the ultimate luxury home buyer who has money like this to invest in a great home like this one.
