[19:01, 4.4MB, MP3] Recorded 2005/10/21
Complete schedule of the show:00:00 Welcome
00:14 ♩ "Opera Singer" by Cake from Comfort Eagle
00:38 Meet the Family: Mildred is here one last time, and there is a new member of the family! We have a few weekend plans — did they actually happen?
03:07 ♩ "(She's) Sexy + 17" by Stray Cats from Greatest Hits
03:29 Stray Cats: Introducing the newest Winn: "Kitty." Actually, we haven't chosen a name for it, but we did rescue a kitty from the attic.
10:59 ♩ "No One Knows" by Queens of the Stone Age from Songs for the Deaf
11:13 Blogcritics.org: Introducing the BC2006 design, aka version 3.0. Now on the front page of Blogcritics.org, coming soon to every page.
15:47 ♩ "Come Out And Play" by The Offspring from Smash
15:53 Wrap-up: There was a lottery winner, by the way. In Oregon.
18:35 ♩ "Take Back the Beat" by Church of Rhythm from Church of Rhythm
19:01 End of podcast
As the short durations probably make clear, the listed songs are excerpted very briefly.
A lithe, even slender, show!
The Blogcritics.org segment was actually record separately due to a technical error, and so lacks the brilliant commentary from the ladies that peppers the other segments. Sorry. That's also part of why I'm finally releasing Friday's recording on Monday. Oops!
We're on Yahoo Podcasts, and Podcast Alley, and Odeo, and iTunes. As well as, of course, here. I'm gonna stop listing these things, since apparently nobody cares.

Recording on Friday night and then posting Monday makes me want to reveal that some of the things we planned on Friday night didn't actually happen this weekend. :-)

Something tells me we will hear about that later this week if the podcast keeps the two per week schedule you're shooting for.
I am recouperating for the moment... plotting my course for episode 8.

Yes, that's still the plan.
I actually had a techincal problem with GarageBand when recording the 'cast, so I had to re-record the Blogcritics.org segment later. But the weekend was busy, so I didn't get it recorded until last night! And then here we are, planning another 'case for tonight already, plus one more later in the week. Wow.
Could be -- maybe -- that I've bit off more than I can chew. Herself still seems to be up for ti, so we'll see.
P.S. She's really hurt that you didn't like her "blind trust" joke.

Maybe this will mend Herself's feelings... the segment without her was a real low point in the show. Don't ever try going solo again, Phillip. =P
