I can't believe I'm actually defending Miley Cyrus, but when it comes to stupid lawsuits this one takes the cake.
For some reason, Miley Cyrus just keeps taking controversial and/or offensive pictures of herself. You would think after the multiple pictures with her bra clearly exposed, her lying on random boys' laps, and the Vanity Fair disaster, she'd think and realize that she and cameras don't exactly mix well. That's what normal people would think, but nope. Now Miley has another controversial picture, but this one could cost her big bucks.…
