Michael Jackson: Mounting Evidence

Author: bhwPublished: Dec 12, 2004 at 12:50 am 19 comments

Neverland, CA — Authorities released a statement confirming that Michael Jackson's fingerprints have been found on the things he touched. More startling was a detail near the end of the statement: all the stuff they tested came from Jackson's house.

In other developments, authorities confirmed that Jackson's house guests and domestic staff also left fingerprints on the things they touched.

Legal analysts believe that the forensic evidence against Jackson is damning. "If he was innocent, then why did he leave fingerprints on these items"? one attorney asked.

Ha! This is a tongue in cheek thing right? It's gotta be. MJ's prints on stuff from his house? NOOOOOOO. MJ has porn mags? What the...! His fingerprints are on them too? You've gotta be kidding! The accuser's fingerprints are on the porn mags too? Damning evidence if I ever seen one. Nevermind that any 1st year undergrad could easily argue that a curious young male guest in the house might have looked through the mag in MJ's absence. Oh wait..perhaps the fingerprints reveal that accuser and accused looked through the mag at the same time? Surely a miracle.

Lock that MJ up. His fingerprints are all over stuff retrieved from his home and it is possible that the accuser's fingerprints are also on a porn mag. This leads us to conclude that MJ molested that boy and he does not deserve to be walking free.

The longer this goes on, the more one comes to realise that this might just be the witch hunt some of us have suspected it is.

Well, I don't know if it's a witch hunt or not. I just thought the headlines and their prominence were ridiculous given how obvious the fingerprint test results were.

The big headlines would have actually been if his fingerprints WEREN'T on the magazines in his home.

I agree that much of hte coverage is absurd, but I believe the essence of this is tht the kid's fingerprints were also on the mags, which isn't necessarily damning either since apparently the kid spent time there when Jackson was away (purchasing porn and liquor, no doubt)

very good point Kaitlyn, seems far too red-blooded for him

Surely those of you who have presumed him guilty already, must realise that pedophiles love porn mags too? there's nothing shocking about MJ and the porn mags on either side of the coin.

"pedophiles love porn mags too" would seem to imply an assumption of guilt - this statement reminds me of a Samantha Fox song

Well, Eric, I know you are leaning towards the "guilt" conclusion due to previous interaction on the matter. Therefore, I can't imagine what you find "shocking" about him having porn mags or why you think por mags are just for red blooded males. Like ownership of porn mags is not appealing to pedophiles. So, I am pointing out that, porn mags are loved by even the evil ones amongst us.

As you know, I lean towards the "innocent" conclusion for MJ. I have seen nothing yet to think otherwise. I even feel further justified with the new info that the mother practically(allegedly,I must add) collected donations for her son's treatment from American Public after magazine Editors who felt sorry for her, published heart wrenching articles about her plight. Meanwhile, her husband's insurance paid for the entire thing. (isn't that a crime?) Moreover, she was bragging to anyone who would listen, that MJ was now a pal of the family and helping out. This of course is not conclusive evidence towards innocence but it does further the case that the boy's mother is a money hungry bitch. We await the trial.

I don't have any more information than anyone else about the crimes with which he is charged, but I do think the life he has created for himself is a reprehensible mess regardless. I hope he is innocent, not meaning he is found inocent in court but that he didn't actually do any of it, but I also think there has been an awful lot of smoke for an awful long time for there to be no fire whatsoever.

Michael Jackson is innocent and one
could make me say otherwise. He would never hurt any child he is a child himself. He is just a man who lost his childhood as a kid and he never grow up.But,I do think he needs counseling because he has some problems he needs to work out. He was hurt as a child that's he's reason for wanting to help children. Those people just want money b/c they where fine when Michael was giving up money. And why would a parent keep sending there child somewhere were they thought he/she was being hurt. Michael I'm praying for you it's going to be o.k. the truth will come out.

He would never hurt any child

This is not only MJ's favorite quote of self-defense, but also completely vague and hauntingly similar to the things pedophiles say in their own defense. They don't believe what they're doing is wrong; they think that the kids enjoy, want, and need their "love."

MJ doesn't seem to realize that his vague "I would never hurt a child" doesn't counter the specific allegations against him. Pedophiles have a different definition of "hurt" than the rest of us.

exactly, and this ties in very creepily with the "sleeping with a child is the most loving thing you can do" line from the Bashir documentary

As I understand the evidence, these porn mags contain naked pictures of women. I'm curious how the prosecuters thought that naked pictures of women would make anyone want to have sex with Michael Jackson.

they were ecumenical in their displays, as I understand it: maybe the blend was supposed to lend an air of "normality" to the process

I'm curious how *anything* would make anyone want to have sex with MJ.

i just think he had the porno magazines at home to increase his sexual appetite cuz he wasn't great in sex...shy, you know...i don't know if this holds true and some shrink has recommended it...

my greater concern is: after the trial, did he get rid of that stuff...he moved out of neverland leaving all of that behind?

it's the end of the story that makes all the difference...

    does anyone have an answer?
