Nothing was said in the Rolling Stone interview about tracks being put on or off. All she said was that she had been involved for awhile with someone who she named "a**hole." Later on it was deduced that she meant Dallas, who had produced some tracks for her while they were involved. Those tracks were not used on Stripped.
And I love how Julie ran away as soon as her information fell through.

But, if you listened to the whole interview, it's not like she did anything bad. More like his spin on it was negative.
She NEVER had sex with anyone for tracks. She did have sex with people in the industry - who wanted to work with her because she was famous.
