It's nice to receive validation from Bill Gates, but somehow I think it would be nicer to help him and his friends at Microsoft buy their very own vacation condos out here on one of Florida's beautiful Gulf beaches. Microsoft is always on top of what's hot, so it wouldn't surprise me if someone from there asked me to help them find some of the hottest real estate around.
