I'm an Avril fan, yet I agree, she should not have spat at those paparazzi. It is impolite and ill-mannered. She did at least have the integrity of apologizing, not at those the spit was intended for, never the less she apologized. Going on about the incident and mentioning Avril's name with the talentless and highly irritating Paris seems childish and unnecessary to me, especially after she apologized for the incidents.
My personal opinion is that if a celebrity snaps twice in a career of four years at annoying paparazzi that won't let up no matter how politely the celebrity asks we can call that human.
Why do you think almost every other celebrity looses it when it comes to paparazzi? Are you really saying that almost every other celebrity are immature and whatever else you had to say so boldly of Avril Lavigne, a person who you neither know nor ever met in your life. That is of course every celebrity, but Paris Hilton. Nice, how could anyone take your opinion seriously with a quote like that? Even after you said you despise Paris?
Maybe people should start to talk about the paparazzo’s behavior. Would you really defend someone who follows you around the whole day and photographs your every move? But no, they're not the bad guys, because that's just their job. Well, you know what? It's immature, rude and if you're not paparazzi against the law to follow anyone around all day long, when they have asked you to leave them alone every day for the past for years.
So, yeah, I forgive Avril for making two mistakes, I forgive her for being human just like the rest of us, and I thank her for giving me and the rest of her fans an apology that we never even expected in the first place.

I don’t know if there is a saying like this in English, but in my language we say, “Don’t play with the lion’s tale”. I don’t think I need to explain that. If you work on someone’s nerves constantly it’s bound to snap.
I don’t even expect you too apologize, I’m sure you will see that as admitting that you were wrong, which incidentally you were, but I know it’s hard to admit, just as Avril did.
All I expect from you is too think before you write something like this in the future don’t judge unless you know what you’re talking about. You’re not a celebrity and has never been stalked by the paparazzi, how do we know you wouldn’t have reacted exactly the same or maybe even worse if placed in the same situation? I’m not saying you would have, but don’t judge unless you know what you are talking about. Please.
PS. I've seen celebrities acting much worse than that, it seemed to me that she did everything very lightheartedly and playfully, doing everything with a bit of a giggle in her voice, just as a reasonable amount of alcohol consumption would do to every one. It just makes you a bit braver and more playful than you always is and should be when you’re in the public eye constantly.

I am a fan of Avril Lavigne, and even though she probably shouldn't have done that, I'd do the same thing.
There's a guy who I 've hatec for a year, but started following me everywhere and asking me out for a month. I have stabbed him with a fork, shoved gluesticks in his face (he's ellergic to gluesticks), and kicked him in the shin MANY times. And he's only been following me for a month!

And you can barley even see her mouth becuase of that and her arms in the way. How do we know if she's even singing?
Knockin' On Heaven's Door by Guns N Roses- I played the original song. The chords are F#, B, and Db (D flat). They're pretty hard to play (guitarists know what I mean, you have press down all the strings with one finger...you get right). But she changed it to G7, D, and C. That is alot easier, less hassle on your fingers, and more bearble (the songs is almost 6 min. long) BUt even then, Slash of course is soloing, and doesn't even play it as chords, strumming the guitar, he's playing single strings, one note at a time, but I'm just explaining that F#, B, Db, is the chord progression they're using. Avril's version easier on her fingers and easier on her voice. Not to mention her version of the song is Two and a half minutes long, the original being5 and a half minutes. Please, you facilitate the song, you remove the drums (she's only using acoustic guitar) and you don't even play the whole song.
