The next chapter of The X-Files is slated to begin January 24, 2016–in 201 days–with a six-episode “event series” bringing together Mulder (David Duchovny), Scully (Gillian Anderson), and series creator Chris Carter. Leading up to the premiere, Fox will be exploring each episode in order, and providing fans with “daily GIFS, content from the original series run, and some never-before-seen surprises,” according to Fox.
