Favorite Holiday tradition?
I guess my favorite holiday tradition would be going through the Christmas stocking. I like mine stuffed so that there are a lot of little nice presents inside the stocking. I have gotten gold bracelets, winning lottery tickets, a ring. Nice.
Favorite childhood toy?
Oh so long ago, my favorite childhood toy was actually a doll. I remember one year getting Barbie, Ken, and Madge, Barbie's best friend. I always wanted to latest doll --- which I always got. They were all my favorites.
Favorite childhood game?
I learned to play Scrabble when I was a kid. To this day, Scrabble is still my favorite game.
Snowball fight or making snow families?
Sorry, never participated in snowball fights or made snow angels. I don't like playing in snow because just looking at it makes me cold. Brrrrrr!
Sleigh rides, sledding or skiing?
Can't handle being out in the cold much less playing or riding in it. It is wonderful to look out at snow from inside a warm house.
Favorite Holiday song?
Actually, I really like two songs: “The First Noel” and “Joy to the World”.
Favorite holiday movie?
I have probably seen It's a Wonderful Life 40 times since I was a kid. If I'm channel surfing and see that it is on, I always stop and watch it. Of course now I see more in the movie than I did as a kid or a young adult. The characters are a great study.
Favorite holiday story to read?
I still like to read the Night Before Christmas by Clement C. Moore
Snow on holiday eve or just a chill in the air?
Snow and I don't get along too well, especially if I have to go outside and help shovel it. So I'll take a chill in the air any day.
