The 5-Day Course in Thinking - by Edward De Bono

I read this book many years ago.

I got it out of the library during summer vacation, and followed the author's instructions: I spent one day on each of the sections. It was so much fun.

A couple of weeks ago, I happened on a later book by De Bono: I Am Right - You Are Wrong: From Rock Logic to Water Logic.

I was struck by how similar his mindset is to mine, in that he has abandoned traditional ("rock logic") thinking, with its either/or, right/wrong, always/never labels, in favor of a more fluid, evolving set of perceptions ("water logic").

The clarity of De Bono's thinking and writing are hugely appealing to me. Only when things are completely unambiguous can the multitudinously varied facets of reality begin to emerge.

I read it and love it. However, I was wondering if you could be so kind as to give me the exact wording to day one of the first course? I would like to give this to a friend of mine and buying the book (again) is not much of an option as I live in Taiwan.
