This is a fine resource for information on diseases, afflictions, ailments, and the like. Sadly, it is of limited use when looking up medications. But are Dorland's or Stedman's any better?

    For meds, you are best off using an online database PDR or Up To Date for available products and IDDb3 or NDA Pipeline for investigational drugs. Rapid changes have made books like these outdated, though Dorland's does have an online version.
