"New Labour" And Old

I have a paper due in two days. The topic: The history of the British Labour Party. Being a horrible procrastinator, I have waited until very recently to devour pertinent information on my topic.

One of my main sources will be A History of the British Labour Party by Andrew Thorpe. This is fine reading. To those who do not find politics interesting, particularly politics in other countries, it will be an incredibly dull read. But to people like myself with a strong interest in international politics, this is great stuff, highly detailed, and wonderfully informative.

This book ain't cheap. (I was lucky enough to get my hands on a used copy via Amazon.com.) But for those with an interest in such things, it is definitely worth it.

And I'll letcha all know what kind of grade I got on my paper as soon as I know... ;-)
