Interview: Benjamin Ethridge, Author of Bottled Abyss - Page 2

Have you written a book that you have not been able to get published?  If so, can you share a little about it with us?

Yes, but I haven’t put my best foot forward either. The novel is called The Ending Street. I think it’ll be right up the alley for my readership: weird, brutal, disturbing and it comes with spiders. Lots and lots of free spiders. I need to return to the manuscript and spruce it up though before sending it somewhere.

How did you come up with the title?

I got it from an online title generator. No kidding. I ran the thing once, and it said, The Ending Street. I wasn’t even certain if I liked the title, but I promised myself I’d write a novel about it, and that’s what I did!

Is there anything else you would like to share with us?

Germs? A light beer? Ha! I guess I could share the details for my new novel if you’d rather. My new one is called Bottled Abyss, and it’s been blessed with many great reviews so far. It’s available at all major online booksellers, and it’s only $2.99 on Kindle. That’s hardly a meal at Taco Bell. I promise you the novel will last longer and be far better for your waist line. Well, to be absolutely frank, it might be at odds with the enchrito but that’s hardly a fair comparison.
