The Resonance Re-pattern Institute uses breath re-patterning to achieve the release of unconscious patterns stored in early childhood experiences. The re-patterning is aimed at identifying and satisfying needs not satisfied as far back as pre-birth states in the womb. When your frequencies vibrate in sync (known as coherence), you will experience health. When your frequencies vibrate out of sync (known as non-coherence), you will resonate with and experience disease and pain. And so, the quality of your life depends on whether or not your frequencies are in sync or out of sync.

Resonance Repatterning is a system that allows you to identify and change your resonance from out-of-sync frequency patterns that cause stresses to in-sync frequency patterns which promote living life more fully.

Therapeutic Touch is another modality which brings the body, mind and emotions to the conscious level. Therapeutic Touch (TT) is used to balance and promote the flow of human energy. Research has shown that TT is useful to reduce chronic pain, improve wound healing, aid in relaxation, and ease the agonal phase which precedes death. Practitioners may perceive blockages and dysrhythms in a patient's energy field, as well as subtle disharmonies inaccessible through other medical technologies or modalities.

The Encyclopedia of Energy Medicine is a wonderful book packed with alternative treatments for classic chronic pain issues. The scientific principles are explained clearly utilizing simple English to explain complex scientific concepts.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) - National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine is in the process of investigating the efficacy of the many energy field modalities like acupuncture. Mind-body practices focus on the interactions among the brain, mind, body, and behavior, with the intent to use the mind to promote health.
