It is little understood and there is no cure for it either. Often NMO causes blindness, paralysis, and seizures. The doctor gave Victoria the news that her daughter had four to six months to live. Victoria was devastated. Victoria knew she had to stay strong for Ali, despite the fact that it was heartbreaking.
