Sixth, practise positive health habits.
And lastly, develop positive expectations by not allowing yourselves to be negative or skeptical.
Tracy and Stein argue that you can control your expectations and your lives. Negative thoughts, and the emotions that result from them, can leave you stuck in a negative rut of your own making for many years. Tracy and Stein urge you to take charge of your lives right now. In this way, you can transform your negative experiences into positive ones.
I thoroughly enjoyed Kiss that Frog. It’s easy to be happy and positive-minded when you’re young. But as the years creep up, many of us feel much less positive. I sure wish this book was available when I was younger.
