Although I really enjoyed Key To Living and found the exercises very helpful, one thing I realized is that if you have issues in your life you need to deal with, like anger and resentment, then I would skip this book for now. This stems from the fact that you have to eliminate any kind of obstacles like these first, or they will get in the way of you actually attaining your dreams.
The reasoning here is that you won't focus on what it is you really want. You also won't believe that you can get it. Since the real key here is what you believe, as well as taking responsibility for your actions, the solution is to learn to do these things first before trying to determine what you really want. Instead, go back and read Canfield's The Success Principles, because this will help you far more with dealing with these issues first.
If, however, you're finally ready to realize your dreams and get what you want out of life, this book will be perfect for you. It gets straight to the point, at only 144 pages, and most of those are exercises, so there's very little reading at all except to tell you what you need to do and what your next step is. Highly recommended for those who are ready to live their dreams.
