All of these issues and more are brought out as presented in the various chapters' two-sided arguments. Espionage and Intelligence has an excellent table of contents, an excellent index, a good basic bibliography which supports very well an introduction to the subject, and a list of organizations, including addresses, edresses, and phone numbers, which can be used for further research.
Overall, the objectivity and comprehensiveness of the arguments are to be highly commended. The fact that each side of each question is written by a different author also ensures that a fair, two-sided approach is given. This is a book that should be in all high school and college libraries.
