Book Review: A Piece of Cake: Recipes for Female Sexual Pleasure - Page 2

A Piece of Cake discusses the importance of fantasies. A woman should know what turns her on. Since fantasies are basically thoughts, words, and images we find arousing, there is no such thing as a bad fantasy. Sometimes our fantasies simply live in our heads and never have the intention of being acted upon, while others are things we live out in the bedroom. But knowing what your fantasies are will help you figure out more of your sexual uniqueness.

Don’t think A Piece of Cake is all about the fun stuff though. You’ll get a decent walkthrough of the male and female reproductive systems that explain how it all works. There are various techniques to try to figure out what makes you feel good. But there is also the importance of regular visits to your doctor. It isn’t just STDs we should be looking out for, but also to ensure everything is working properly.

A Piece of Cake discusses everything from vibrators and moaning to watching porn and making porn. You’ll get a dose of various positions, dirty talk, casual encounters, exhibitionism, and experimentation. A Piece of Cake encourages women to figure out what they want and how they can feel comfortable getting it while acknowledging that not everything is for everyone. A common piece of advice you’ll hear is to know who you are and what you want and the book agrees with that whole-heartedly. Cake simply wants you to know you have options and why certain stigma exist. But ultimately, in your approach to becoming the sexual goddess you are meant to be—don’t do anything you aren’t comfortable with. Don’t let it be a power struggle but a source of pleasure.

I discovered my sexual personality when I was 16 thanks to an older man, and ever since I have been very sexual. It has always been my philosophy that sex is the most fun two people can have together. And just a tip that helps me to lose myself in the pleasure - don't worry what your body looks like, once you've got him in bed he doesn't care anymore.

I am going to buy this book today!
