I recognize the songs listed as considerable ones.

It is a great collection Dr. Maresca. I was very pleased with the variety of songs in this collection.

IMO the song selection is quite narrow, being only pop songs.

I don't see how one can omit the great songs from opera, that we all know, even if only from a bugs bunny parody.

Or gems like "Der Abshied" from Mahlers "Song Of the Earth", or Dvoraks "Song to the Moon" or the great wealth of wonderful arias and duets from Handels Oratorios and Bachs Cantatas.

Even in just the American Musical ouvre there are stunning songs of great beauty from musicals such as "West Side Story", "South Pacific", "Oklahoma", etc.
