Bassett makes the reprogramming process easier by including positive and empowering personal affirmations throughout the book. These personal affirmations may seem difficult for many anxious readers to initially bring about. However, after reading the book, these affirmations will make sense. And with patience and practise, readers can reprogram their negative thoughts in favour of positive ones.
