I dig the Reddit. Of all the social software vote-for-your-favorite-story type sites, this one is the coolest in many ways. I like that it includes a lot more than just tech stories, first of all. Tech is cool… but all tech all the time makes my head want to explode. But the real killer app is that you can vote stories (and comments!) up and down by clicking on little arrows.

But already I’ve digressed! Lori Mortimer’s “One Simple Rule for Improving Your Writing,” a smart, well written reaction and essay to a recent John Scalzi piece, is even now zooming up the Reddit charts, #4 on the front page at last check!
