Street Scene gives silver anniversary with many musical guests.

Beastie Boys Set to Perform at 25th Annual San Diego Street Scene

Beastie Boys have been added to the line-up for San Diego’s 25th Annual Street Scene, joining over 45 internationally known acts performing in the streets of East Village in Downtown San Diego, adjacent to Petco Park. The event takes place on Friday, August 28th and Saturday, August 29th from 4:00 PM to Midnight.

The current roster, which still may expand, currently includes the following acts some of whose work has been covered here in the Blogcritics Music Section:

For those on a limited party budget this summer, Street Scene now offers a layaway ticket plan where you pay for two-day passes in two installments: an initial payment of $61.00 (plus ticket fees and any associated shipping costs) due at the time of purchase and the final payment of $61.00 will automatically be charged to your credit card on Thursday, August 6, 2009.

There is also a VIP offer, presented by 944. For $250 a ticket, the buyer gets access to special amenities such as an open bar, delicious cuisine, interactive areas, private restrooms, and much more.
