Johnny was next seen in the MetroCourt lobby and was soon approached by Logan, who had been chatting with Scott. Logan warned Johnny away from Lulu again and then punched Johnny, which lead to an all-out brawl. Scott took the opportunity to have Johnny arrested and brought up on attempted murder charges. At the PCPD, Scott lied and said that Johnny threw the first punch and then had to defend his adamance that Johnny charged. Anthony and Trevor showed up to defend Johnny and tried to intimidate Logan into recanting his story, that Johnny hit him first. Logan refused, and by doing so, may be setting himself up for a big fall if the spoilers are to be believed.

Claudia too showed up after leaving Jason and Spinelli at the hospital. After telling Anthony that she didn’t kill Jason because it would raise too many suspicions, she was very gentle with Johnny in the interrogation room (witnessed by Lulu through the two-way mirror). She tried to convince Johnny that breaking up with Lulu would solve a lot of his problems. He disagreed. Claudia then tried to bribe Ric to get Johnny out of custody. He returned with a comment about how she could be the golden child with dear old dad again if Johnny was in jail. She enlightened him about just how much Anthony did not value her.

Later, Claudia tried to strong-arm Alexis into getting Johnny released. Alexis had already had her own problems with Scott about this case and had told him that she may not be filing any charges at all, since witnesses pointed to Logan as the instigator. When Claudia burst into Alexis’ office to demand her brother’s release, she’d interrupted Jerry and her kissing and threw accusations/threats at Alexis. Jerry threatened her back and Claudia backed down. As Alexis went to the MetroCourt to question witnesses personally, she runs into Anthony who subtly threatens Kristina and lets Alexis know that he is having her daughter watched. Scared, Alexis turns to Jerry, who assures her that he will ensure the child’s safety.

In the end, Johnny was released, after a sit-down talk with Tracy about how he needs to keep Lulu safe and some time alone with Lulu. He was immediately whisked away to meet with his father, which left Lulu alone. At the meeting, Ric counseled Johnny to be more careful of Logan and Scott, but Anthony told him to lay off. Then Jerry crashed the business meeting and put a gun to Johnny’s head, assumingly to warn them all away from Alexis and Kristina.
