I always thought the shark-jumping moment for ER was later, when the helicopter came back to finish Romano off, but you may be right that it was earlier. It probably just took some time for it to sink in.

And Cass needs to brush up on her interpersonal communication skills. Apparently she's unaware that even though no one really cares about ER anymore, it's no reason not to be polite. She might want to make the proper corrections to her personality.

I totally disagree. Season 9 was one of the best. Also, the "Hombre" who wrote this article needs to brush up on his spelling and facts. He spelled Abby wrong (Abbey) in the 3rd paragraph and he wrote Sally Fields, her name is Sally Field, no s on the end. Apparently the editor was off the day this article was submitted. You might want to make the proper corrections.
