I agree that Stephanie choosing either guy doesn't mean she would have to settle down, but I don't agree that Morelli is all about Stephanie. Morelli, in my opinion, is all about Morelli, and the reason he was "all about Stephanie" in this book is because she was all about Morelli, too. I missed Stephanie's spunk, her fire, her charm, her personality in this book. But Ranger never wants to settle down. He's good for a couple of crazy nights but he never seems to really WANT Stephanie while Joe is all about her. I agree that it doesn't seem that Stephanie is the kid type but picking one guy over the other doesn't mean she has the settle down. I think it would be great to see Joe and Stephanie together.
