TasteTV's Chocolate Television brings you Bridgewater Chocolate, reviewed by Michael Freeman of Cocoa Bella Chocolates.
They have some tantalizing combinations, such as peanut butter, coconut, crackers, and others that don't sound artisanal but definitely are. They use excellent Belgian and American chocolate, have a large fan base, and have been covered on the Food Network and in the New York Times.
Unfortunately Bridgewater Chocolate is in New England, and therefore will not be exhibiting at either the Seattle Luxury Chocolate Salon or the Chicago Luxury Chocolate Salon in 2008.
