DAMN you Kripke!!! "What am I supposed to do?": This is the question Sam asks Dean just minutes before everything is over. It is exactly the same question, Dean addressed to Sam's dead body at Season 2 Finale (actually twice). Dean never got an answer to his question, unlike Sam. Dean replied to his brother's despair, but still Sam wouldn't follow his advice. The two brothers are still each other's weak spot. And something else: I don't think Sam ignored Dean when he summoned Ruby. I believe the two brothers made this plan, so Dean could grab the knife. After having trapped Ruby, Sam didn't seem surprised or annoyed with Dean's interference. On the contrary, they were talking as if they both knew what Dean had intended to do.

15 weeks later, and yet still... DAMN you Kripke!!! *sigh* Can I have my DVD set yet? I know it's only a week before it comes in my mail, but really, this is brutal. Thanks Alice for another fabulous review!

DAMN YOU, KRIPKE! My daughter & I have been speculating how season 4 will get Dean out of hell. We're watching the other seasons plus the reruns. I've watched the finale so many times & I still can't believe that Dean is in Hell (although I knew it would happen). I was so hyped up after the original airing...Whoo! Man, I haven't been this hooked on a show since "MacGyver". (Oops. Did I say that out loud?) My daughter has developed a crush on Bobby (he's so cool, she says & I agree). By the way, Alice-you rock, too. Your reviews & articles are great fun to read.

Damn you Kripke! My young teenage son and I (significantly older) both love this show. It is simply really good entertainment and story telling. The story, acting, filming, directing, everything - it is the best show I have seen on television. I really like that along side the monsters and scares that the story about family love comes forward and front line. Being a mother of two sons in this day and age - you have to teach your kids the importance of family - just like Dean taught Sam. And to recognize and appreciate the Bobbie's in your life too - family doesn't end with blood. Kripke, Ackles, and Padalecki are amazing and I wish them health and success. I add myself to the list that yelled at the TV when Dean was shown in pain as the last scene. Damn you Kripke!

DAMN YOU, KRIPKE! And please, please make sure that the show goes on and on, because it's amazing. Jensen and Jared own me. They are so good at what they do, they never fail to take it to the limit, and Jim Beaver is wonderful too. I love this show more than pie.

Damn you, Kripke! And Kripke, you damned Machiavellian Svengali (for good measure)... Un. Bel. Ievably good finale. (I second Romanian input. Thank GOD for the Internet) Jensen for President. Or an Emmy/Oscar/Golden Globe/Tony/Grammy or possibly all of the above. Broke my heart. Ridiculously talented human being. Phenomenal acting. Jared for Vice President. Should be IMMENSELY proud of his work this season and especially when Sam was cradling his brother's body. Lightyears away from Sam of season 1. Bravo. Kim Manners and the camerawork and lighting and lack of intrusive music. Superb. September. Are you serious.(are we there yet?) To the CW: This show is the best thing on TV. Sit up and take notice. Carry on our wayward Supernatural magicians all. Thus shines a good deed in a naughty world.

I love this episode.. I've been trying to think of something to write.. but you know what.. I can't. This episode haunted me still! Watching Dean died is so sad... I expect him to die, but it's so hard to watch! I mean, deep down, I still want a miracle, but I know it's not going to happen. This is GREAT television! This episode was the best episode since Jus in Bello and I love Jus in Bello. I hate/ love cliff-hanger.. Supernatural has the BEST cliff hanger ever in the history of cliff hanger! Master Kripke, you've done it again! Kripke for President! Jensen for Best Actor! Supernatural for Best Drama.. Jarad for Best Actor as well! Jim for Best Supporting.. and Kim Manners for Best Director.. Sara Gamble for Best Writer! Well done people!

Damn you Kripke!!! What happened to Ruby? What did Sam do to Lilith. Is Sam the anti-christ. I have so more questions than answers after the ending of season three are you going to answer them in season 4. Oh yeah will Sam be able to get Dean out of hell and when will LUCIFER SHOW UP I NEED TO KNOW. Any ways good season the best yet. Oh yeah who is second power in hell i need to know

Damn you, Kripke!!! I was a dishrag after Devil's Trap's cliffhanger in season one, and now, I am a puddle that still has to function (barely) on a day to day basis. Jensen - Mesmerizing. You are incredible. One look, one turn of your head, one flinch and we can feel the pain that Dean is in through you. It was agonizing to see Dean die - he really can't, you know? Hear that, Kripke? :) Jared - Awesome - you are heartbreaking with Sammy's emotions always on the surface ready to overflow and turn us to mush. My heart broke for Sammy because of you. Jensen and Jared, you are gifted, gifted actors. Eric Kripke, thank you for writing this perfect, wonderful script. Plenty of angst to keep this angst junkie afloat through the summer months. Kim Manners, thank you for your impeccable direction and vision - always.
