TV Review: Lost - "Cabin Fever"

We also saw a flashback of Locke through pretty much his whole life, from birth to the time on the Island. As it turns out he seemed to be "special" from a very young age evidenced strongly by Richard Alper appearing at his birth and visiting him in his childhood. He asks Locke to pick, out of the items that he has in his bag, the one that already "belongs" to him. After Locke chooses a knife from the items on the table, Richard seems disappointed and abruptly leaves. The question that has been on everyone's mind ever since mid-season three is how does Richard appear to not age? Is it the idea that the original natives of the Island, of which Richard is one, do not age because of some kind of cellular regeneration? Or is it a more implausible time travel thing? I think it's more than likely the former.
Doing only what it seems he can, Frank packs a kit before boarding the helicopter to take Keamy and his team back to the Island, a kit which includes a SAT phone. Once flying over the Island, Frank throws the pack over and onto the beach next to Jack and the rest of the group, presumably unbeknownst to Keamy, which signifies two things: that Keamy does indeed mean to kill them and they now have an advantage and that Frank is one of "the good guys".
What I Didn't Like
This was a very solid episode; nothing much really stands out as being a major problem with it. I guess I would have preferred to have seen a bit more of Sayid and Desmond, as in this episode they were very minor, but we've seen enough. We did see Sayid heading back to the Island on a small boat, without Desmond after he says he nevers wants to set foot there again, and we know Sayid will do all he can to help the other survivors. Next episode, which is part one of the finale, is sure to be one of the best to date.
