Pretty smart. Well, until Jenny sees that her new friends own about 6000 more pairs of shoes than her and keep hectoring her about what a fabulous new dress she will need for her next birthday outing. On this show you celebrate your birthday 15 times and wear a new expensive dress at each gala.

End result? Jenny loses it and not very intelligently. She lifts a $15,000, one-of-a-kind dress from one of the girls' mothers and trades it in for a $1200 one. When she realizes how utterly stupid this was she tries to trade back only to be lectured by a bitchy store owner on finders keepers, losers weepers. Somehow the store owner is stupid enough to let Jenny try the $15,000 dress on and walk out of the store with it. Wouldn’t it have just been easier for Jenny to tell the store owner that it isn’t smart to display stolen goods? Did they really have three months to plot this thing out?

The revenge of Blair: Having been stood up, Blair decides to find her spine and lashes out at poor, reeling Jenny by convincing an unsuspecting Rufus to invite the A list girls over for a dorky, middle class surprise party featuring less than chic Rice Krispie treats. Things get worse when Jenny walks in and is caught red-handed wearing the dress that is worth more than her future first year of college. Instantly Blair’s fickle friends are back.

Jenny isn’t a quitter: Remembering that Nate is a nice, sympathetic guy and that one of the A listers has a crush on him, Jenny pimps out Mr. Archibald and suddenly all is forgiven. Stay tuned next week for Blair vs. Jenny part 15. Can’t we all just get along?

Is that Chuck with the inappropriate gifts? Someone keeps sending Serena scandalous packages – porn, cases of champagne, cocaine. Of course Chuck gets blamed and like the boy who cried wolf, his protestations of innocence are ignored and the bad boy trying to go good goes from best man and club impresario to little boy lost exile. Finally, the real Serena taunter is revealed to be G. who apparently has enough dirt on perfect Miss S. that it seems likely that the earth will soon spin completely off its axis.

Stay tuned for next week where apparently we will learn G’s entire name and Eric may indeed reveal his fondness for boys!
