All you see is the performance of "Know Your Rights." If they were going to license anything from the US Festival, that meltdown sounds awesome because right now my only memory of The Clash there is Diamond Dave calling them out, "The only people who put iced tea in Jack Daniel's bottles is The Clash, baby!" Joe Strummer berated the audienece for most of the performance for "selling out" and supporting Steve Wozniak's corporate hijack of rock and roll. The audience was leaving in droves, Mick Jones looked like he wanted to be anywhere else but there, and then the gig ended with the band more or less breaking up onstage. I knew I was witnessing history.
