He's only contractually obligated for a certain number of episodes this season, and it will go up next season, etc. Eventually he'll be in the main credits, but for now he's going to continue to be listed as a 'special guest star' since he isn't in every episode. Having this type of contract gives him the opportunity to do other roles (such as his upcoming re-appearance on Supernatural)--this gets him exposure and, by association, gets CSI:NY more exposure since it's his main show. :) 708045@blogcritics.org Sun, 6 Apr 2008 22:15:30 EDT
