<description>I understand that an inevitable screw-up will happen from time to time.  I&#039;ve been on the eating-well-while-working-out diet, too.  However, I think you may be glossing over it too easily.  Instead, focus on how good it felt to work so hard for 7 days and see the 5.6 lb difference.  

Just a pattern I&#039;m seeing develop is all.  Congrats on the new plateau and keep up the good work my friend.</description>
