Let me help you out - when you use a hooker, pay money for sex, transport the hooker across state lines and launder money to do so, your actions cease to become 'private' and become a crime. You might want to read up on that concept.
And 'having another girl ont he side is fine' as you put it, must be fine in your family and friend circle - for most people it is still known as cheating and betrayal of trust of your partner. I guess we're just backwards that way and haven't moved back to the future of the modern free love hippie generation.
The author almost sounds like it he is upset he never got to use the hooker in question's services.

Actually, I like the point of view. I can tell you were just scratching your head thinking "damn, what about this?" while writing. So it is cool that in an abstract way every thought running through your head somehow was expressed.

Anyway, the important thing is that late night TV script writers have some good material to work with. Senator Craig is played out. Thank goodness for Spitzer. In European countries it would only be a scandel if a diaper or golden showers or something kinky was involved.
