Welcome back to the Movie Media column featuring trailers, posters, and clips for upcoming films. Some are nice and fresh, and some aren't. However, they all have something in common: for better or worse, they all caught my attention. If there is a poster or trailer you think I should check out, be sure to let me know.

This week's movie goodies include trailers and posters for a new superhero flick, a tale of low self-esteem, a trio of Apatow-produced comedies, and more!

Iron Man - Trailer

The more I see from Iron Man the more I am convinced that it is going to be awesome (yes, I said awesome)! The tone, the images, the action — it looks as if it is going to be firing on all cylinders and show just how strong the Iron Man character is. Robert Downey Jr. completely sells the part. Who would have thought that he would be the right guy for the job? Anyway, this new trailer is fantastic. The problem now is going to be waiting until May to see it. I also love the use of rock tunes in the trailers, with Black Sabbath in the first one and now AC/DC and Audioslave. It helps sell the rock star factor.

Meet Bill - Trailer

Aaron Eckhart is stepping out of his wheelhouse and into a new role, that of a man with low self-esteem. Meet Bill stars Eckhart in the titular role of a son of a banker who has a beautiful wife who happens to be cheating. It could be said that things aren't going his way. So, at this low point of life, he becomes the mentor of a high school student and together they plot to get his wife back. Joining Eckhart are Elizabeth Banks (the wife) and Jessica Alba (the decoy). Bernie Goldmann and Melissa Walack co-direct, both first-timers, from Wallack's script.

Pineapple Express - Trailer

The Apatow camp sure is keeping busy. After hitting it big with Knocked Up and Superbad in 2007, and the flop (but still strong) Walk Hard, he has not one but three films coming from his corner of the comedic universe. First up is Forgetting Sarah Marshall, another is Drillbit Taylor. After those, there is Pineapple Express, written by the Superbad team of Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg. Rogen stars as a guy who, after taking a hit of weed, witnesses a hit (meaning murder). Sounds like the perfect setup. The film also features the return of James Franco to the Apatow camp for the first time since Freaks & Geeks. It also features David Gordon Green at the helm, in a change of pace from his usually dramatic realm. Needless to say, the trailer looks hilarious.
