The DVD also has a large assortment of extras that range from the usual (deleted scenes) to the unusual ("Granny Takes Her Top Off," which is not what you think it would be). In "Aqua Teen Hunger Force Responds to the Critics," the Mooninites return to set all of their critics on the internet: "Now run, run to your blog, tell everyone how I hurt your feelings with very large exclamation points." The extras also include the music video "I Like Your Booty But I'm Not Gay" and the "ATHF Movie Premiere with Space Ghost" advertising 2007's movie Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theatres. The extras are nothing special, but worth it if you are a fan.

Although the comedy on Aqua Teen Hunger Force: Volume 5 is certainly an acquired taste, it has some of the show's best episodes, and a lot of celebrity voice-overs. This DVD is great for the collector, and also a good starting point for those interested in the show but unfamiliar with the comedy. You will get to know the characters and scenarios much better than in previous seasons.
