I'm still baffled by the fact that more music fans don't "get" Nick Lowe, but you make a convincing case for why J of C was simply ahead of its time. Even though I already owned this album (on vinyl and CD), the extra goodies make this re-issue worth springing for. The Will Birch liner notes alone make it worth it!
