TV Review: Nick Airs Second Zoey 101 Movie, "Goodbye Zoey"

We were on our knees. We were literally on our knees. Last year, Zoey 101 aired their first TV movie, "Spring Break-Up". The movie basically dealt with the relationship between Zoey (Jamie Lynn Spears) and Chase (Sean Flynn). Chase had been crushing for Zoey for two years. Best friend Michael (Chris Massey) kept bugging Chase to tell Zoey how he felt. Chase wrote a text message to Michael about how he couldn't tell Zoey, blah, blah, blah. Anyway, Chase accidentally sent it to Zoey. The whole movie was about Chase trying to prevent Zoey from seeing the message. In the end, Chase sends Zoey the message, but she never sees it. Her phone falls in a fountain. So not fair.
Well, "Goodbye Zoey" is just as bad. Maybe worse.
In this movie, Zoey's parents come to PCA and tell Zoey they are moving to London and give her the option of coming with them. Dustin (Paul Butcher), Zoey's brother, immediately wants to stay at PCA. Zoey is torn, though. PCA is great, but come on, living in London would be amazing. She turns to her friends Michael, Quinn (Erin Sanders), Lola (Victoria Justice), and Logan (Matt Underwood). She waits to tell her guy best friend, Chase. His opinion matters the most, of course.
But then it all goes wrong. Chase hears about the drama from a complete stranger and then from Mark (Jack Salvatore, Jr.), Quinn's boyfriend. He's mad. I assume he's justified. So, when Zoey tells Chase, he stubs her. Zoey decides to leave PCA forever. Chase doesn't say goodbye. Michael tracks Chase down and tells him that if he had told Zoey to stay, she'd still be there. Chase realizes he's an idiot. "Finally," Michael replies, "we're on the same page."
Chase tries to stop Zoey, but she's already on the plane. So, when she lands, Chase says sorry via webcam. Zoey accepts, but refuses to come home. Chase realizes he screwed up. Meanwhile, Stacey (Abby Wilde), a cotton swab freak, moves into Zoey's old room. Poor Lola and Quinn. She freaks out when Lola uses a cotton swab and throws it in the trash. Psycho. Chase starts hanging out with Gretchen (Madison Riley), a Zoey look-alike, but with a personality worse than a wall. She's disgusting, and everyone hates her. Michael and Logan know they need to fix Chase — for everyone's mental health. They bolt the door, and turn on the webcam. Without Chase realizing the webcam was on, he admits he's in love with Zoey. So, now, Zoey knows. The show ends.
Maddy is 17 and starts her senior year of high school this fall. She is an active writer for her school paper and excels in AP classes. She has a twin and loves the Pittsburgh Steelers. She has a radio show (part of the BC Radio Network) on Wednesdays at 5 PM available at BlogTalkRadio.

i know that zoey will come back because she hears that chase is in love with her she tells her parents that she wants to go back to p.c.a so she go s on a plane to p.c.a and when shes there at p.c.a everybody sees her lola and quinnwill give her a hug when stacey finds out that zoey came back she will have to move out but thats not all logan and michel give her a hug and tell that chases is in love with her so she goes and finds him to tell him that she heard everything and chase kisses her and hugs her.
omg what a movie. i want to see the next season sooo badly. i don't really watch it that much and i don't love it but i like it. Now, when i saw that eposide, oh man, do i want to see it. PLEASEEE HAVE ANOTHER SEASON!!!!!!!
omg i didnt see it but wat i saw it looked like fun and i hope they do have another season oh plz cuz let me tell you michel and chase are cute

i just watched it. great acting!! a little cheezy, but it was worth seeing. season 4 is gonna be great!
i really wanted to be there for chase at the end when he said he loved Zoey. and they had great acting!!!! Zoey should have came back as soon as she heard that!!!!

That ending was absolutely the most horrid ending I've seen in my lifetime.

I think in the next seson Zoey should come to PCA and get in her room when everyone is in class. Lola and Quinn will walk in and scream and jump and cry because they are so happy! Zoey could walk outside to a lunch table were Chase, Michle, Mark and Logen are. They all will say "hi Zoey". After they say hi Zoey will say h"ha guys". A couple seconds later they relize SHES BACK! Chase and Michle will jump up and give her a big huge and tell her "what made you come back"? Zoey says "I couldn't stay away from my bffs. I missed you guy so much. I cryed myself to bed alot". They all say "me too"! They all say go to spend time in ZOEYS room! I am done telling about the next season but one thing about Goodbey Zoey i cryed throw almost the whole thing. If I cry throw the next show if Zoey comes back it will be becase im happy!
