And people in Kentucky should be aware that the more fully-described Dorothy in Halloween in Oz is originally from Bowling Green, Ky.!!! And that's one reason she felt lonely on the dry plains of Kansas. Also the book itself mentions sequels to come out. This book presents Oz reborn!
