At this point, I just wished him well. I was a bit freaked out by his analysis issues and didn't want to upset someone who has my home address, but let's be really clear here: The man is certifiable. Since when does it take 45 days to ship a product, and why don't retailers know that a simple apology will go much further than double talk and obfuscation?
