Attention, Pop Addicts: It's Not Too Late To Drink Water

As I sit at this computer typing this article, I have a glass of water next to me. I should drink one every hour or even every two hours.

Unfortunately the motto of this country is that if it has no sugar, then it has no taste.
Seventy percent of your body is water – not Pepsi or Diet Coke. Therefore, water is life.

At the current moment I am asking to die, weighing at least 390 pounds. There are a lot of factors involved with that. One of them is the overconsumption of soft drinks which have a hell of a lot more calories than water.

Through research I have found that Coca-Cola Classic has far fewer calories than Pepsi does. This is strange due to the fact that I always thought Coca–Cola had the most calories due to its much stronger taste. I guess my taste buds suck.

Still, Coke Classic’s 241 calories aren’t good for you no matter how you spin it.

I did a comparison on a few diet drinks. The one with the most calories seemed to be Diet Sprite Zero. I find it hilarious that something called Sprite Zero would need a diet flavor. After all, zero should mean zero calories, right?

The government doesn’t need to come in and make people drink water. Neither does any institution need to enforce why it’s important to drink more water. Unlike most causes such as saving the trees or treating animals fairly, the argument in favor of drinking more water is right on the back of any pop bottle you get.

Diet pop seems a nice alternative, but a cool glass of water will wake me up more than a less caffeinated version of Pepsi.

I think the best way for anyone to eventually get rid of the temptation to drink pop is to include more water in your intake. Then eventually when a person gets used to having water, that person could probably stop drinking pop altogether.

No matter what, people should include more water in their system.

Too much water dissolves your own original thoughts, although it is the stuff of human life itself. Perhaps the industry output of soft drinks should be reduced, although their value as weaponry is taught to youngsters and becomes a component of their social appeal.
